The room offered large beds and space. This was a relief. I found the Central Station very accessible, a great benefit. The breakfast provided nice options to start the day right. Staff responded kindly and efficiently when I needed assistance.
The free Wifi allowed limited devices. This could be restrictive for some guests.

the staff was helpful and responsive. they promptly moved me to another room when i reported issues with my original room. staff accepted a food delivery and kept it until i could collect it. the rooms were large. they provided sufficient space for luggage and toiletries.
the furniture was dated. the carpets looked old. they also was dusty.
